Grant Glenn began his journey at Florida State University, studying Kinesiology with a minor in History, with plans to become a high school coach. After discovering a passion for leadership and development in the restaurant industry, he quickly rose into management and shifted his focus toward business.
Driven by a desire to lead and mentor others, Grant launched his career with 44th Management, expanding into the Naperville, IL market with a vision to build a top-performing office. Today, he remains committed to developing future leaders and driving growth through empowerment and strong partnerships.

Driven by the desire for growth, she seized the opportunity to relocate with the company to McKinney, Texas. Kat now serves as the Office Administrator and leads the recruitment department. Her aim is to thrive personally and professionally while establishing herself as a top performer in her field.

BRAND AMBASSADOR
The Brand Ambassador leads local in-store marketing, ensuring campaigns meet our clients’, retailers’, and 44th Management’s high standards. Starting from entry-level, team members grow within the company, consistently delivering strong results year after year.

MANAGER
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the solicitation of business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to plan. You will also start to attain and develop leadership skills by teaching classroom and in-field training with the given 44th Management's resources.

PARTNER
As a Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing an entire market and the campaigns within it. In this role, you will also be managing an entire office, administrative staff, manage payroll, and oversee all managers and members of your team. The ultimate goal is to expand into new territory and launch new campaigns.
